Generic Zyban belongs to a group of medicines called norepinephrine and dopamine reuptake inhibitors. By inhibiting the reuptake of these neurotransmitters Bupropion increases the amount of dopamine and norepinephrine in the synaptic gap and thus improves the cooperation between nerve cells. - Severe liver diseases
