How does the medication work?
Zovirax is an antiviral medication a synthetic analogue of nuclioside. Zovirax works by reducing the spread and growth of herpes virus and helps our organisms to fight this infection. Why is Zovirax prescribed?
Aciclovir is prescribed to treat the following conditions:

When Zovirax should not be taken?
- Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug
- Pregnancy, lactation period
- Kidney insufficiency
- Dehydration
- Neurological disorders or neurological reactions on cytotoxic medications administration

- Skin allergy (itch, rash, hives, Lyell syndrome, multi-formal exudative erythema)
